Mayhem Monday: Back to Routine and Week 3 of #MoveNourishBelieve with Lorna Jane

Aaaaaaaaaand just like that, Easter and the long weekend are over. Unfortunately, I blinked and it was done. Funny how that happens.

Actually, in all honesty, the weekend was splendid. Lots of sunshine, mostly warm weather, I got to enjoy a fantastic run and lots of outside play time with the kids. A weekend with no studying is a weekend to be treasured. And it was.

As I mentioned, I was able to sneak away for a short run while the boys napped on Saturday. It was my longest run since the end of October and this big preggo gal managed to run the entire thing! Not only that but I was able to comfortably maintain a pace that was only about 30 seconds slower that my regular long, slow run pace. Not bad for nearly 19 weeks pregnant. I don’t know how many more enjoyable and effortless runs I’ll have in my future so I am enjoying each one that I get to have now. Add in that I was able to head out in capri’s and long sleeves when just two weeks ago, it was winter tights and jacket weather and you can see why I was smiling like a fool all afternoon.

This week also marks the 3rd and final week of the Lorna Jane #MoveNourishBelieve campaign and this week, it’s all about believing and achieving!
