Body After Baby: 6.5 month check in

So I may have forgotten to post my progress shots a couple of weeks ago but rest assured, I (finally) got them done!

I don’t really notice much difference anymore. With my focus being on running, I haven’t spent a lot of time strength training. I plan on changing that as soon as my half-marathon is done and I’m back to having a gym membership again! I love my running but man, do I ever miss getting my strength on! My poor bony arms have no definition anymore. Mama misses her gun show!

I’m not sure why everything looks tinted.
I think I’m still sucking in a bit. Or at least standing straight.

  1. You look great! And I gotta say you look completely different in these pics than in your sidebar pic with your hair down! Way to go… I’m approaching 6 months postpartum and am feeling good as well!

    • Ha, ha! The girl in the sidebar is the well rested version of me. She’s also had a hair cut. The current version of me hasn’t had a hair cut in about 8 months (coincidentally around the last time I had a good night of sleep ;P )

      • Hahah TOO funny that you mentioned a hair cut. I JUST got my hair cut yesterday for the first time since having Xander. The hair dresser even said.. “sooo, how often do you get your hair cut…”
