Running Pride in Print

I blogged not too long ago about my journey to reach my goal of a sub-30 minute 5k and my subsequent achievement at a local 5k in June. I owe a lot of my ability to reach my goal to the support I got from my sub-30 club on Facebook. It’s an awesome group and I highly recommend joining if you want a highly supportive super knowledgeable group of runners (we’re in it to chase the sub-30 but many are training for marathons, half marathons and more).

I was super excited to recently have a small feature on the Runner’s World Big Guy Blog a couple of weeks ago. I did a big happy dance because a) I love, love LOVE Runner’s World b) Big Guy Blogger Ted Spiker is the brains behind the Sub-30 club and c) I reaaaaaally love Runner’s World

Check out the article and look for item #163 :)
