		<description><![CDATA[I truly believe that if there is one thing that thwarts a mom&#039;s weight loss, it&#039;s sleep (or lack thereof). I am so busy always taking care of the kids that by the time they go to bed, I just want some time to myself to do what I want to do, so I don&#039;t end up going to bed until several hours later. Then I wonder why I&#039;m so tired! 

Good for you for recognizing your exhaustion and not pushing your body past its limits. I hope you can get caught up on some rest!]]></description>
