Biggest surprise about living a healthy lifestyle. How easy it is to live it and get results…ONCE you make it a priority and commit to it with consistent progressive intensity. i.e. always trying to improve on your last workout.
Best advice you’ve received in life – Get out of your comfort zone every day. In other words, to get something you never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.
