Body After Baby: Bringing out the BadAss

This past week was really good. I was able to get my 3 runs in, break in the awesomesauce socks I was gifted and enjoy some quality time with my kids. I love weeks when the balance comes naturally, don’t you?

I also got a little sumpin’ in the mail this past week that I am sooooooooooooooooooo excited to share with you very shortly! I promise it’s worth the wait. All I can say is that I’m in love :)
