I love a good protein smoothie. They’re easy to make, fantastically healthy, and satisfying. 3 things that are important to those of us who are trying to fit 30 hours of “to-dos” into 24. But there seems to be a stream of thought out there that says that protein powders are for smoothies and shakes. This is obviously true but there are so many other uses for protein powders that can enhance an already great recipe and take it to the next level!
In my own kitchen, I LOVE to sneak protein powder into my banana bread and baked oatmeal. My hubby thinks I’ve added cocoa powder or chocolate. Like sneaking veggie purees into meals, what he doesn’t know…
