Quasi-Healthy Banana Bread

This banana bread is simple. Sure it’s not the healthiest but easy enough to make little changes to fit it up. I don’t believe in complete denial so this version is a great treat for me and is super moist and always a hit with guests. Add the following together in one bowl and bake in a foil lined baking pan at 350F for one hour.

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
2 ripe bananas, mashed
