Fast Five Fit Friday

Welcome to this week’s Fast Five Fit Friday on Fit Mom! In it, you’ll be introduced to some awesome Health and Fitness bloggers in the community and find out a few little tidbits about what makes them unique, what they like (or don’t like) about the fitness world and a few little quirks that set them apart from everyone else!
Lindsay Wright is a  NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and stay-at-home mommy all rolled into one awesomesauce package. Author of the healthy living blog,Lindsay’s List, Lindsay is crazy about brownies, making lists and breaking a sweat! (Anyone who loves brownies is totally cool in my books.)
Biggest fitness brag to date:  My 1/2 marathon PR: 1:42:39!
I never workout without my:  iTOUCH 4!  I NEED good music to get me pumped up, especially on long runs!
Biggest fitness pet peeve:  The (unfounded) belief that women shouldn’t lift heavy or they’ll “get big”.  SO not true!!  LIFT HEAVY, Ladies!
Dream Race: Tough Mudder!  I’ve done the Warrior Dash, but want to push myself even further!
Best advice you’ve received:  “God’s mercies are new every morning!”  You can always improve.  Don’t let one bad day, run or workout get you down.  There’s always tomorrow!
