Biggest fitness pet peeve: The (unfounded) belief that women shouldn’t lift heavy or they’ll “get big”. SO not true!! LIFT HEAVY, Ladies!
Dream Race: Tough Mudder! I’ve done the Warrior Dash, but want to push myself even further!
Best advice you’ve received: “God’s mercies are new every morning!” You can always improve. Don’t let one bad day, run or workout get you down. There’s always tomorrow!
