Running Rachel is written by Rachel…who runs. Rachel chronicles her journey through life as a stay at home mom of three adorable boys. Somehow, amidst the chaos that come from that (uh, I have one boy and I can barely survive some days. He smells my fear).
Not only does Rachel enjoy running, but she also gives great advice on how to start running, keep running and run properly. She just recently ran her 3rd half marathon AND completed a 7 week online bootcamp through Mamavation. Did I mention she has 3 young boys? And she’s a nursing mama? Yeah. Seriously!
I have a ton of respect for Rachel because she’s busy, like we all are, she has bad days, like we all do and she pushes forward in spite of that and doesn’t lose site of what she is determined to accomplish.
